So you’ve chosen your activity. Now what? Simply choose a time slot and click the “Book Now” button on the product page and fill out the Checkout page or sign in and let it fill out most of the information for you. When you click “Book Now” on the Checkout page you will be prompted to enter your Credit Card details and to pay for your selected activity. After a successful payment you will receive your Booking Confirmation.
You will receive a Booking Confirmation for every activity you have booked via ireloca.com. This is proof of payment and contains your Order Number and Booking Number. It is sent to your e-mail address, available for download after checkout and in your account page if you have set one up. Simply print this out and show it at the agreed upon meeting place and time. Depending on the Supplier’s Terms and Conditions an electronic copy may be enough. Please see your Supplier’s Terms and Conditions for further information.
If you experience an issue, please contact your Supplier (noted on the Booking Confirmation, top right). Depending on your Suppliers Terms and Conditions you may be entitled to cancel, change or refund your booking. Since every Supplier is different and has different Terms and Conditions, please understand that we can not provide cancelations or refunds for you. You will need to attach the conversation with your Supplier and your Order Number for us to evaluate the situation.
If you have any questions before booking something, please contact the Supplier. You can do this by clicking “Support” on the Suppliers page.
Order numbers are in the format: #XX-XX-XXXXX these can be used to help your Supplier check information or look up your booked activity.
Booking numbers are in the format: #XXXX these can be used with Order numbers for a second level of checks or information.
As a rule, please quote your Order number when talking with your Supplier about your booking or issues unless they state otherwise.
Our site has an SSL certificate. This means any information passed between you and our Servers are encrypted. On top of that, Credit Card information is handled and stored by Stripe, one of the leading handlers of Credit Card information in the world and PCI compliant. Your personal data is only used for completing bookings and passed on to the Supplier for their records of sale, unless you opt-in to other methods of data usage.
To delete your account (together with all stored personal data, apart from sale records), please go to My Account and under “Account Settings” click “Delete Account”. Follow the instructions given on that page.
If you have opted in to other forms of data usage (like e-mail marketing), please note that you will have to unsubscribe from those separately. At the bottom of every subscription e-mail, there is a link to “unsubscribe from these e-mails”.
So, you have a product that you would like to sell on ireloca.com? Fantastic! If you do not already have an account, you can create one by clicking: Login/Register. If however you already do, you will need to create a new account as a Supplier. Please sign out of your personal account here: My Account and then go to: Login/Register.
Here under register, you must choose “I want to become a Supplier” and enter your information.
Please note that you will need to use a different e-mail address for each account on ireloca.com.
Your payment is handled directly by Stripe and not by ireloca.com and then forwarded to the Supplier automatically. Each Supplier agrees to ireloca.com’s Terms and Conditions before being able to create an account or any bookable products. This means that they agree to ireloca.com accepting bookings on their behalf. Various suppliers have insurance and insolvency policies. Please contact the Supplier of the activity if you have further questions.
