Supplier Frequently Asked Questions
A Supplier is a company that sells its bookable products on ireloca.com. It makes these available to customers to book online.
Basically, any company who has bookable products and wants these to be available on ireloca.com. The requirements vary depending on the type of products that you want to offer. You need to have the required certifications and legal requirements (like insurances) in your country to operate in your field. You are also responsible for any taxes incurred, so often a valid VAT number is necessary. If you have any questions regarding eligibility, please contact the ireloca guys.
If you already have an existing customer account at ireloca.com, you may be able to convert it into a provider account in some cases. Please contact us by e-mail, if you wish to do so. You can also easily create a new separate provider account. Please note, however, that you will need a second email address for this.
After you create an account, your account is active immediately. Only when you add your first product, we will review your data before publishing this product. We then check if all company data and information are entered correctly (terms and conditions, proof of identity, VAT number if available). We also check roughly if you have adjusted your product correctly. Once this process is completed, your first product will be published.
Yes. All products on ireloca.com are instantly bookable. Make sure that you keep an eye on your availabilities. You agree that all Booking Confirmations will be honoured.
You will be paid automatically. During registration and setup you will have to create an account or log in to Stripe. Stripe handles all of the payment process and transfers the net balance to your chosen bank account automatically. Please see Transparency for further information.
The payments to and from ireloca.com all happen automatically and instantly. This means that you never have to ask for your money, nor do you need to transfer money manually. Please read Transperancy for more details.
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd is a payment processor and PCI compliant. They handle all of the customers’ credit card information and during registration and setup you will be guided through setting up an account with them so that you can get paid automatically. You have to have your ireloca.com account linked with Stripe to publish products. Before you do this customers will not be able to see or book your products. See Transparency for further information.
We would be sad to see you go, but if you want to stop supplying bookable products on ireloca.com, of course you can. Please note that you will still have to honour all active Booking Confirmations, even after deleting your account. To do this, check your active orders and availabilities, then when you are ready, go to Your account and click ‘delete account’ under account settings. This will remove your account, data (apart from records of sales) and all of your bookable products incl. images on ireloca.com.
